### Modern 3 bedroom Home in Esteli - Nestled in Nature.

Stay in this magnificent home right at the entrance of Esteli from Managua, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a waterfall directly in front of the property and you will frequently hear the birds chirping outside. It’s a true paradise that is equipped with modern comforts.   
  
The house is fully equipped with hot water in all 3 bathrooms, 3 beds, sofa, brand new TV with Netflix and internet available, outdoor patio and a private parking space. Pets are allowed and will enjoy a fully fenced yard. Don’t miss out on a beautiful escape in nature that is only a 1 minute drive popular restaurants in the city, excursions and other amenities that Esteli has to offer.   
  
Only 10 minutes from Estanzuela and the beautiful Tisey natural reserve. We’re also located right on the Panamerican highway which is convenient for any longer travels you have.
