The location was awesome close to different events restaurants gatherings close to the pier for excellent snorkeling hotel security is great. The breakfast is downstairs it to order and it’s awesome. We totally enjoyed our stay there.

Omg excellent all the way from our check in to our last day at the FREDS was very special.our Housestaff Tish n Dalia make our trip so special. staff on the ground keep cleans every time making sure everyone is ok .Bartenders n chef are always on spot. Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets).

"Promised an art drawing class at 12:30 on Tuesday. No instructor showed up. 6/17/26 showed up at 1 pm. Too much seaweed. No one cleaned it on Tuesday. Other beach had no beach chairs, only picnic tables. No shuttle to town. Shuttle to casino No one working at the front desk in the middle of the day ..."
