Convenient location right next to convention center. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was plenty spacious and bed was comfy and great for value! Definitely would recommend.

I absolutely love the architecture and the design of the hotel. The lobby itself and the concierge staff were amazing, very customer friendly, extremely helpful, sweet, and nice.

Front desk staff amazing, restaurant/bar staff could be more attentive especially since we were just about the only guests staying in the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious although the bathroom was a bit dated, parking was easy.

Looks like a hotel more suited to business than leisure. Odd that for a double rooms you are given two separate single duvets, and not a true double bed as it is two singles pushed together. Disappointing breakfast, cold every morning and tasteless

It had a few nearby restaurants and was fairly close to the main downtown area - maybe a 15-20 minute walk. Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Hotel was lovely staff are awesome nothing was too much trouble for them kind and helpful hotel rooms were clean tidy only thing I would say is the air conditioning wasn’t very cool even with it down to low would still be all hot and sweaty other than that food drink staff amazing time would stay again if the air conditioning was better

Good Hotel in a V.good Location for our visit to BVB. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough, food was of a good quality and plenty. Only niggle plugs to far away from top half of bed, unable to check phone when charging unless you in plug. We will defo be returning.

Great hotel, perfect for Westfalenhalle.
Hotel room was lovely, breakfast was great. Wi-fi was a bit patchy on the top floor. Bar area was undergoing renovation and when checking out they were digging up the floor and the noise was incredible. Overall great, but I timed it wrong in terms of renovation.

Very good , no complaints, the only 1 small issue, beer in the bar wasn’t good, had 1 only and than decided to go elsewhere.

Excellent hotel close to the exhibition centre
An excellent hotel and very convenient for the exhibition centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room had everything required.

Lovely hotel close to city centre
We had a brilliant time here; shopping great & also sightseeing went to our old home when we lived here 25yrs ago, celebrating our silver wedding anniversary fabulous stay definitely come back
