Beautiful stone architect house on two floors with a living area of ​​240 m².  
Located 11 km from Essaouira in the middle of argan trees, 5000 m² of land surrounded by a stone wall. Natural swimming pool.  
The ground floor is composed of a large living room, the dining area, all with an area of ​​80 m² with fireplace and access to two terraces. Equipped kitchen and bar. A bright corner bedroom that can be used as a closet office.
