"We had a wonderful time in Vespahouse. Though we did not see anybody, Antonella was very nicen patient and helped us get situated from online check in to check out. We hope to be back again soon. We highly recommend this place for the best of everything including location and convenience. "

"This was second time to stay here. Next to Manzoni station. Colosseum is in 15 minutes walk. Busy area but did not hear noise. Reception is friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. Value for money. We stayed in few hotels in Rome before, this is the best one so far. Unfraternally, a kettle did not work at one of my family's room. No big deal."

"Really enjoyed this hotel - shame that it’s in the middle of an area with some dodgy characters. The room we had was lovely and the reception staff very helpful - they allowed for us to have an early check for which we were very grateful. Breakfast was good and staff there were very good. "

"From the reception Mgr (starts with a G) and Claudio the bartender were amazing. The room was nice and always cleaned. I had the best experience thanks to them. Friendly, courteous and they will take care of any problems. The breakfast had a great selection even though i only drink tea and croissants lol.. Claudio the bartender was amazing and very personable, if i needed anything he would take it to the garden so i could drink my beer and have food.. Even the taxi driver was great, they use electric cars and the driver is so nice and speaks a few languages so u will never feel out of place. Amazing experience would recomend to anyone.. Thank you to The Cross staff again"
