For shared use: property 640 m2 (fenced) with plants, orchard. (swing). Private: garden furniture, parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, bar 500 m, bakery 350 m, bus stop "Esposende" 4.6 km, underground station "Póvoa de Varzim" 21 km, sandy beach 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.9 km, indoor swimming pool 2.9 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3.8 km, surf school 1.4 km, riding stable 3.1 km. Nearby attractions: Praia de Ofir 1.4 km, Esposende 3 km.  
"Lopes", 3-room bungalow 45 m2\. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and electric heater. 1 room with 1 french bed (145 cm), electric heater. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm).
