The Neighborhood:  
  
The city of Esposende is 7 min. by car, or walking along the new footbridge that connects all the beaches, in a 25-minute walk through the protected natural area or along the beach, a very pleasant walk to the city centre. Always along the seafront.  
  
The house is 30 / 40 minutes from the city of Porto and the Francisco Sá Carneiro international airport, half an hour by car to visit the historic cities, Barcelos, Braga and Guimarães, Viana do Castelo and 1 hour from Galicia, Spain.  
  
The house is between Praia de Cepaes and Praia de Rio de Moinhos, a beach inserted in an urban area, extensive area between dunes. Easy access with roads and walkways.  
  
The house is 8/10 min walking from a supermarket named Coviran where you have food products with a butcher and a bakery of very high quality.  
  
Praia Oficial das Marinhas is just a few minutes walking along the walkway or the beach in front of the house, it is a beach with a Blue Flag concession where you will find a very pleasant esplanade with the name Barzin.  
  
A few minutes walking there is a Surf Spot at Praia Rio de Moinhos  
  
I recommend visiting Barca do Lago and very close there is a horse riding center and lunch at the restaurant Sra Paliteiro.
