Ground floor: single living room with equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, mini-oven), living room, and sitting area. 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room/toilet. Upstairs (floors separated by a wooden floor): single room with 1 double bed and 1 relaxation area (sofa). Electric heating, sheets, towels, and cleaning included. Linens provided. Baby crib available. Parking, carport, open courtyard. Unfenced sloping garden, terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue. Possibility of 1 to 2 additional guests (€80 supplement/week excluding July/August).
