You live very quiet and secluded from the traffic in a sunny location and a private terrace and our beautiful garden as a lawn for sunbathing are available. We are happy to tell you all the amenities of our over 475 years old, cozy and pretty bear city with a historically grown city center. The city center can be reached in about five minutes on foot. For example, we have a lot of small and large events and museums. Or you simply have your peace and quiet with us in your apartment and at the house. The North Sea spa Bensersiel and thus the beach and all tourist leisure facilities and facilities are only 4 km away and accessible by car and bus, but especially by bike over beautiful country roads. Also, the transport links to the North Sea spa Neuharlingersiel (8 kilometers road distance) is optimal and very easy to find from us, because the Neuharlingersieler road is only a short distance away. Depending on the choice of your cycling route, you can reach the sea after 4 to 6 kilometers in a relaxed state of rest, have already sniffed a lot of healthy salt air and can especially enjoy the beach and the many tourist spa and holiday facilities. Esens-Bensersiel has a lot to offer for recreation, sports and games, such as beaches with playgrounds and beach chairs, swimming pools, tennis courts, dike surfing sections, fitness activities, beach volleyball, fishing opportunities and much more. Let the sun shine on your stomach or explore the beautiful surroundings and the vastness of East Frisia by bike. In Bensersiel, visit the bathing area Nordseetherme "Sonneninsel", a modern heated fun and leisure pool with North Sea water. All spa facilities and a modern spa, sauna and fitness center are also located there. Or you drive to the beach with the new beach portal with "Bennis adventure land" - a beach facility for children under the roof - as well as with the maritime sports theme park with a circus tent and with the sea water wave pool with giant water slide. Walk on the dike or in the Wadden Sea. Take day trips to the East Frisian Islands and visit numerous old mills, museums, exhibitions and other cultural highlights. Or you drive with your children to Werdum to the pet park with many small animals from all areas of the earth. Or you drive to Neuharlingersiel. There, among other attractions of this North Sea spa, waiting for the historic fishing port with active shrimp fleet and "Splashi", the great water feature on the beach. There is also a lot to offer for your health in our North Sea spa: health-promoting courses, fitness and gymnastics courses in the Vital-Aktiv-Center; or have a beauty day and let yourself be pampered. Das Haus in dem ich untergebracht war, befand sich quasi in einem Labyrinth. Es war allerdings sehr schön. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es in Esens zu wenig Hinweisschilder, um sich dort gut zurecht zu finden und der Bus kommt dort nur ein paar Mal, über den Tag verteilt, in teils großen Abständen. Ohne Auto geht da gar nichts. Wenn ich im Urlaub ständig auf die Uhrzeit achten muss, damit ich noch wenigstens den letzten Bus bekomme, der übrigens noch früher kommt, als das Sandmännchen im Fernsehen, dann ist das für mich kein Urlaub, sondern Stress. ##### Sabine B. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit und ihr Hund Atos begrüßt einen immer freundlich, wenn man kommt. Von dort aus kann man viele Ausflüge mit dem Rad in die Umgebung machen, da alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist. Eine rundum Empfehlung für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Nordsee. ##### Christina P.
