Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. "It is a 4 star hotel but the standard of the hotel is only like a 2 star. Expedia customers get the worst rooms and the standard is not only close to what you are paying for. I payed EUR 170 but the price should be no more than EUR 100. The waiter was very nice but the standard of the hotel is very bad"
