The Space: Escalante Escapes' Holly Hock tiny home cabin is our smallest model at 370 square feet. However, it features our largest master bedroom and largest bath, and was designed to be an ideal couples' getaway. Or, it's plenty spacious for up to four people. That large master bedroom features a king bed, large flat screen TV, place to hang clothes, storage shelves as well as storage space under the bed for luggage, a long attached table that can be used as a workspace or place to get ready for the day, and a thermostat for individual climate control. The bathroom includes a large glass shower with rain shower head, sink, toilet, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. The kitchen and living room feature an open floor plan with a sliding glass door that opens to the deck, where you can sit and take in the incredible views. The living room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper, two lounging chairs, a hand-crafted coffee table with extra bedding storage, and large Smart TV. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen essentials, beautiful stainless steel appliances, a convection microwave oven for cooking and baking, a stovetop, a large refrigerator, a Keurig coffee machine, granite countertops, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and a table/prep island with seating for four. Deck and exterior features include a propane BBQ grill, four large Adirondack lounge chairs, private fire pit, astounding views and breathtaking star gazing. Each unit also has a small washer/dryer. Guest Access: You'll have full access to your tiny home. A code for the keypad will be sent prior to your stay. The Neighborhood: Escalante Escapes is new tiny home neighborhood located in Escalante, Utah, with 9 homes. You'll be within walking distance of dining, shopping, etc., in this small town. Current and updated design. Great layout and had everything we needed. We were just passing thru for a night but you could easily make these a home base to explore all of the amazing hikes and sites in the area. It had a well set up kitchen which is ideal as you might want to plan to cook a few meals if your staying for more then a day. The town of Escalante has only a couple of restaurants.
