Disliked: Cleanliness, communication

Trotz Bestätigung von Hotels.com & Nachricht vom Hotel keine Informationen zum Check-In. Als wir vor dem Haus standen und angerufen haben konnten sie unsere Buchung nirgends sehen?!?! Haus sah nicht unterhalten aus, Dreck, Spinnweben etc.
