"🌏 Un séjour extraordinaire en Chine ! Un voyage absolument remarquable et une très belle découverte ! La Chine est un pays fascinant, à la pointe de la technologie, avec une population d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Nous nous sommes sentis en parfaite sécurité tout au long de notre séjour. Concernant l’hôtel, c’était tout simplement extraordinaire. Le personnel est bienveillant, attentionné et très réactif. Mention spéciale aux voituriers, notamment leur responsable, d’un grand professionnalisme, ainsi qu’aux femmes de chambre, d’une propreté exemplaire et d’une délicatesse rare, toujours avec de petits mots attentionnés. Le service, la nourriture, l’accueil — tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons eu la chance d’occuper une chambre au 33ᵉ étage (n°3318) avec une vue exceptionnelle : un véritable bonheur ! 👉 Seul petit point d’amélioration : il serait agréable d’ajouter quelques canapés ou fauteuils dans le hall, afin que les clients puissent attendre confortablement leur taxi ou passer un appel. L’espace le permet largement, et cela rendrait l’attente encore plus plaisante. Mais à part ce léger détail, aucun défaut à signaler : un séjour parfait ! Si nous revenons à Guangzhou, c’est sans hésiter que nous reviendrons ici. Gabriel & Damien Chambre 3318"
