Cocoonr/Book&Pay invites you to come and relax in this pretty house and enjoy its beautiful sea view! Capo Bianco has all the comforts you need for a successful holiday, with family or friends: 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, sea-view terrace, linen and towels provided, air conditioning. With a capacity of 6 people, the house extends over 110 m².  
  
Due to the location, the internet connection may be weak.  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
Ground floor:  
\- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed   
\- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds   
\- Two shower rooms with shower, washbasin and WC  
  
On the 1ᵉʳ floor:   
\- A bright living room giving access to the terrace with superb sea views.  
\- A TV lounge area, dining table for 6,   
\- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, etc), everything is there for   
  
\- On the mezzanine, accessed by a spiral staircase, a 3ᵉ 15 m² bedroom with 1 double bed.  
  
For even more comfort, the owners decided to invest in the following additional equipment: air conditioning, barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer...  
  
Neighbourhood :   
\- 5-minute walk to the nearest beach.  
\- Port 2 minutes' walk away  
\- Nearest village a few kilometres away (shops, mini-markets, etc.)  
  
Transport  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:   
\- A car is recommended, but if you need it, a shuttle bus (from the port, a 2-minute walk away) can take you to the nearest village, where you'll find all the small local shops.  
\- Nearest airport: Bastia Poretta airport (74 km), about 1 hour 45 minutes by car.  
  
Other remarks:   
\- Bed linen and towels are provided.  
\- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation  
\- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Capo Bianco 🙁 Adress directions were bad and we could only find the house by asking several locals. Currently there is a constructsite direct behind the house (building of several houses) which is pretty noisy in the mornings.

#### Tres belle vue et très bel endroit mais la qualite du logement est très loin de nos attentes

La terrasse de la maison a une très belle vue et la proximité de la plage font que l'emplacement est très bien. Cependant la qualite de la maison est décevante et n'est pas en adéquation avec l'annonce: le wifi ne marche que très rarement, la climatisation ne marche pas dans le salon/cuisine, une seule chambre a la climatisation, l'autre n'en n'a pas, dans une salle de bain le pommeau de douche tient encore par miracle et la porte du lave vaisselle risque de casser le socle très rapidement. Autant d'améliorations a apporter pour que avoir une meilleure expérience.

#### Le lieu est paradisiaque, paisible, l’appartement à deux pas de la plage.

La location est très agréable hormis la deuxième chambre où le lit en 140 est un peu petit . Un endroit où on a envie de revenir
