This welcoming and bright apartment in Erquy is the ideal pied-à-terre to discover the charms of the Emerald Coast with family or friends. Located on the 2nd floor with a lift, this beautiful 59m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. From the moment you enter, let yourself be seduced by the natural light flooding the living area and the breathtaking sea view. The lounge, cosy and welcoming, is furnished with a sofa that converts into a bed for two people, a television and a lovely dining table for your shared meals. On the outside, you will enjoy a pleasant balcony to admire the view or drink a coffee in the sun. The open-plan American kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to prepare delicious dishes, just like at home: ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle... everything is there! At night, two comfortable rooms are at your disposal. The first has a double bed (140x200) and the second a Queen Size bed (160x200). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine for a fully comfortable stay. A separate toilet completes the accommodation. For greater convenience, the accommodation is equipped with an iron, a bicycle storage room that can store up to 3 bicycles, and a private outdoor parking space is also available to you.
