The 95 m² apartment, located on the first floor of a one-storey house, comprises a living room with fireplace and double exposure to the sea and garden, an open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two with sea views) and a shower room.  
  
Located on the first floor of a house with two apartments. Another 87 m² apartment with 3 bedrooms is also rented upstairs. Possibility of privatizing the house.
