Located in ERQUY, in the town center, close to all amenities and the sea, this detached house features a lovely garden.  
  
On the ground floor:  
\- A living room with TV, sofa, and armchairs, and windows with a lovely sea view;   
\- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with an induction hob and French doors opening onto the garden;   
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm);   
\- Two bedrooms with a single bed (90 x 190 cm);   
\- A bathroom with a bathtub and sinks;   
\- Separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs:  
\- A bedroom with two single beds (110 x 190 cm);   
\- A bathroom with a shower and sinks.  
  
\- Enclosed garden with garden furniture.

#### MAISON AGRÉABLE

Malgré un décor un peu désuet, la maison est très agréable, bien située près du centre ville et de la plage. La cuisine est bien équipée et un grand jardin permet aux enfants de jouer à l’aise. Les transactions internationales entre les locateurs et le Québec se sont faites de façon cordiales et avec beaucoup de souplesse.

#### Tout confort, mais ruranné

Beaucoup d’espace, mais d’un autre temps au niveau de la déco. Les lits de 120 ne sont pas d’un grand confort pour 2 personnes. Bon emplacement par rapport au centre des activités.

#### Beaucoup despace

Proche de la mer et des commerces, très spacieux et lumineux, toutes les commodités avec un grand jardin bien clos: séjour très agréable. Juste à revoir les tapisseries niveau décoration 😬 et à l'étage la chambre avait une odeur de renfermé. Mais très satisfait malgré tout de notre week-end 🙏
