We offer this charming 120 m² house for rent in Erquy, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 5 travelers. It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 350 m² garden. We're waiting for you!  
  
The dwelling is composed as follows:  
Ground floor:   
\- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area.  
\- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Separate WC.  
\- Utility room.  
First floor:   
\- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).  
\- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).  
\- Bedroom 3: single bed.  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC.  
  
For even more comfort: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- A beautiful 350 m² garden and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, near the sailors' chapel (listed monument in Brittany's cultural heritage inventory). You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
