Located on the edge of the beautiful central beach in the heart of the family-friendly town of Erquy, this large apartment offers a magnificent view of the harbor and the town's beach.  
Ideal for a family, it features a sea view from the living room and three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests.  
  
This 2nd-floor apartment offers:  
\- An entrance hall leading to the various rooms;   
\- A fully equipped kitchen, separated from the living room;   
\- A separate toilet;   
\- A living-dining room facing the sea;   
\- A bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm) with duvets and pillows;   
\- A second, private bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) with duvet and pillows;   
\- A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) and a sea view;   
\- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and heated towel rail;   
  
\- Private parking space.
