Nice and beautiful but I requested for king bed at queen but all I got was 2 twin beds, I insisted at the reception showing my reservation but they are booked , they stick to their own rules but costumer can have those choices, you just get what they tell you, special request is unheard of, I won't stay here again,

I use this hotel whenever I am in Manila as it is convenient to where I have to go.
It is in a very central location for any tourists.
Plenty of good restaurants around the vicinity and a mega shopping mall a block away.

Room had broken door and glass slams along each other when trying to close the shower door. I spoke it to the maintenance and he said they will fix tomorrow but no one ever bothered to fix.
Many times I called for service, it often feels like only 1 person is operating the phone at night and sometimes no one answers and its frustrating since its a 4 star hotel.
Over all, room was comfy and staff was VERY FRIENDLY.

We have stayed from 9/Jan to 11/Jan. I had given my ID when we checked in. She demanded for the passports of my companions that I declined to give as the rooms were booked under my name. she was quite arrogant & said it's their company policy. Advised her that it's not needed on the other hotels that I have stayed before. She then said, don't worry when I insisted of not giving her our passports.
Hubby & friends left on the 11th Jan & I then booked for another night to stay in 1 room for 11/Jan & check-out on the 12th Jan. I was advised by the receptionist that they will forward the Php2,000 cash deposit (that they've asked upon check-in) that I have paid towards the extra night. Upon check-out on the 12th Jan, the male receptionist advised that he was very busy, hence it will take awhile to process my check-out. Advised him that I will be having breakfast at their restaurant & to call me & I will come to settle the bill. However, NO ONE CAME. I forgot about it & left the hotel.
9 days later I have remembered that no one contacted me from this hotel to give me back my money.
I have to physically go there & "fought" to get my money back as they acknowledged the overpayment but wanted to give me a refund via cheque & I said no. I have given them cash, then they should give me back cash in return.
The receptionist declined to give me back my money. Lucky Mr. Mike (Manager) was there to assist & "convince" the male receptionist to hand me back my money. NICE FOOD & FACILITI
