The newly renovated, approx. 105 m² large and lovingly furnished 4-room apartment in Eriskirch offers you the perfect vacation on Lake Constance. The municipality of Eriskirch is located directly on the lake between Lindau and Friedrichshafen. The apartment offers space for 6 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living/dining area (28 m²) with adjoining south-facing roof terrace (15 m²), a bright bathroom, separate toilet and a beautiful fitted kitchen. All living rooms and bedrooms have oak parquet flooring. The kitchen, bathroom and WC are brightly tiled. All rooms have windows and shutters. The apartment has everything a man, woman or family needs for the perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and has the following electrical appliances: convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.. Zur Fuß ist auch ein netter Hofladen und ein Bäcker zu erreichen. Besonders gut hat uns die perfekte Ausstattung der Wohnung gefallen- überdurchschnittlich für eine Ferienwohnung! Zu Gast bei Herrn Ruff bedeutet eine gründlichste gereinigte und mit allem was der Aufenthalt erfordert ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vorzufinden. Angefangen bei einer reichlich bestückten Küche, über Bettwäsche und zahlreiche Handtücher, Fernseher und Stereoanlage lassen keinen Wunsch offen. Mit den zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern lässt sich tagsüber die Gegend gut erkunden und der Abend mit dem Kohlegrill auf dem Balkon gebührend ausklingen. Das Ferienapartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, welche mit Bäcker und einem Einkaufszentrum (Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, etc.) alles liefert was man für den Alltag benötigt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist das nahegelegene Strandbad gut zu erreichen und die größeren Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Lindau oder Friedrichshafen sind auch nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter oder der vor Ort ansässigen Ansprechpartnerin erfolgt zügig, unkompliziert und stehts in einem freundlichen Ton. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener und erholsamer Aufenthalt für uns, welchen wir, sofern es uns wieder in die Gegend verschlägt gerne wiederholen würden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, lediglich ist zu erwähnen, dass eine Doppelbett aus einer dicken Luftmatratze besteht. Auf dieser kann man ein paar Nächte jedoch auch gut schlafen.
