The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming was great as weeds were well controlled. The property is dog friendly as well, which made this vacation even better. Will definitely stay again!"

"We absolutely loved staying here! It was just the right amount of space for us and made our stay in Syracuse a memorable one. The neighborhood was quiet and that was just what we were looking for. I wish we had been staying long so I could enjoy a few nights out on the wonderful front porch but we were gone both nights late. We plan on making this a tradition and this will be the place I book if it's available. The host was great at providing information for our stay and checked in via text...

"Staying at AJ's place was at a clean, and safe environment. The house was about 20 minutes from the airport and in the midst of a quiet neighborhood. This (3) bedroom house was close to restaurants, the downtown area and the river front. The beds were comfortable, and all the bedrooms were neatly furnished. Consequently, we slept very peacefully during our 3-night stay. The wide screen TVs worked perfectly, and the shower was very relaxing. We will definitely stay here if we visit Syracuse...

"For a house being on a 2 lane road, it was surprisingly quiet!! The house was clean and lovely. The beds very comfortable and also clean!! "We were thrilled with this home! It’s been renovated and has everything you need to feel at home. It was very clean, the beds were great, the kitchen was fully-stocked, the backyard was huge and perfect for playing catch. Everything was clearly thought through. "Marc was easy and responsive in our communications. The lake is beautiful! Property was very clean. There are very steep stairs leading up to the apartment/house. It would be helpful to leave a welcome binder with wi-fi, TV information, kayak rentals and things do do around town. Overall Good enjoyed my stay there."

"We completely enjoyed our week staying right on the water at Oneida Lake! The home has been beautifully renovated and has all new appliances. The water right in front of the house is knee deep for quite a ways out- making it perfect for our kiddos to play in all week. We would stay here again!"

"Overall this property was good. Check in and out was easy and communication with the property manager was great. One big downside was the amount of webs and spiders inside the residence and dead gnats on the countertops that had been accumulating over time. Some of the areas the webs are are extremely high. Not a huge deal, we cleaned what we could reach and still had a blast. We took our 21' pontoon boat and used the dock. The dock was serviceable for our needs but def could use some attention....

"I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Syracuse. The neighborhood is nice, not too far from the University and Mets Stadium. Prime spot for a vacation. The home itself was fantastic! "We booked the Song Lake house for a four day period at the beginning of August and from start to finish, our expectations were met or exceeded on every point that's important for us.
