I think that the hotel is set in a place where you can easily access shopping, entertainment and many restaurants. The hotel staff is incredible! Everyone is so friendly. The only thing is that the hotel itself is a little dated.

The room was clean. The kitchen was perfect for preparing light meals. The continental breakfast was amazing. They are in full remodeling & you’d never know. It’s quiet, it’s clean & there is zero interruption of your stay while they update other wings and areas. Super amazing property with an excellent price

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Erie. They gave me a room that faces a noisy highway. I had to stay there for the 10 nights I paid for. They kept promising to move me to a room that is on the other side of the hotel, but then they kept saying everything is sold out. I hardly got any sleep in my 10 day stay while I was working there. Their wifi is slow and signal is weak. But to top it all the last night I stayed there the AC system wasn’t even working properly. Take my advise and find something else, even if you have to pay a little extra. NEVER coming back here again!

They were over booked so my 2 bedroom suite had to be separated into two 1 bedroom suites. Thankfully, there were 2 adults so it was okay since there was an adult in each room. The overall cleanliness was okay. There was still some crumbs on the stove and the water in the shower wouldn’t turn on unless the shower head was turned just right. The biggest problem was the thermostat stopped working through the night and it was 64 degrees when we woke up even though the heat was set at 72. The staff was very friendly though. I really appreciate that.

Staff were incredibly friendly! The room was clean (pull out bed was not). Beside the dirty pull out couch everything was fabulous. Will definitely stay again when we go back to Erie.

Close to all amenities. There's power outage in the whole building for at least 2 hours after we check in. Other than that we had a good family getaway experienced

The suite provided ample space for a family of four. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only complaint is that the mattresses could be improved.

A Great Place for a Family Gathering
Staff on check in was welcoming and excellent as well as breakfast area personnel. Dealing with A LOT OF FAMILIES over a holiday weekend they did a great job.

Front desk staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The hotel itself was nice and the room layout was good. There were lots of options at breakfast, and the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate was a nice touch. The room itself was a bit dusty in some areas (e.g., lower shelf/cubby of the nightstands) and the $10/night parking charge felt a bit nickel and dime-y, but overall a great experience. Conveniently located right off the highway and close to a happening mall and lots of restaurants.

Exceelent time
The check in was smooth and effortless. The staff was great and helpful. Alot of shops and restaurants around if you want to eat. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again

I loved everything about this hotel. This location was a great because it's in walking distance to the mall and near a bunch of dining and shopping options. The staff was awesome and the hotel itself was nice and up to date.The only thing that I didnt like was that the pool was out of order because of high chlorine levels, they didnt have fresh fruit and no turkey products for my whole stay (3 days).

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was 24 hour access to coffee, tea, and cocoa. I used the gym and saw people in the pool. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Loved my room.
