The rooms was very dusty. The top of the frames were coated with drywall powder, the bathroom door had a layer of dust.

Came in at 11:00pm and left at 7am. Desk chair was uncomfortable to work at, but other than that no issues. up to date facilities. solid breakfast.

Service was excellent from every staff member encountered. The room was great, and the layout of the bathroom seemed to maximize the space. The breakfast was great and had many options.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We switched rooms twice. Once bc our original room hadn’t been serviced from the last guest, but their computer system had gone down, so no big deal. The second room didn’t have functional heating. The room we stayed in had heating, but also dysfunctional, we had it on 66 degrees and were sweating. Then the refrigerator started making a clicking that last throughout the night.

Others let their kids run up and down the halls all night and we were kept awake by the neighboring room yelling all night. Tye stuff was nice and helpful when needing help at breakfast and to fix our toilet but did not speak to the other partons about being courteous to others

No TV
I did not have TV working for 3 days out of 5 … front desk was trying to fix it but no luck … on the third day hotels handyman came and fix it, but on the last day in a morning I did not have TV again. I notified front desk. That need to be permanently fix by the hotel for the next guest
