On street parking should also be listed. I was worried about getting the door code because of some of the reviews I read AFTER I booked stated people have had trouble. I called Vrbo 2 days before check-in and they contacted him for me. I had the codes that day. The issues we did have are really simple fixes for the property owner, if he'd read these reviews and want to fix things he easily could. 1. The apartment needs a deep clean. 2. I found 2 towels and no washclothes, but we had 3 people. 2 towels are NEVER enough. 3. There was no hand soap and industrial paper towels (you know, the super rough brown ones)4. No extra blankets. No extra pillows. Again, there were 3 of us, so we were going to use the roll away, but there was no linen no blankets no pillow. It really could be a nice little apartment. DO NOT BOOK !!!Me and my boyfriend took a trip to Erie for his 30th birthday upon arrival we were skeptical because of the uncared for yard with weeds and bushes hanging over the back porch where we had to walk up the stairs the enter the apartment and garbage outside lining the house when we go inside the smell of chemicals was overwhelming as we looked around more there was visible filth covering the house garbage in random places sticky material on the tables and underneath the garbage cans stains everywhere on the chairs the couch the toilet seat when we entered the bedroom it got even worse the pillow cases had stains on them what looked like bodily fluids when we looked further we found the same stains on the blankets and bed sheets and also food on floor next to bed we contacted the host and they didn’t respond so we reached out to vrbo they were very very unhelpful with the situation saying they had to wait for the host to respond so we ended up going to Walmart and getting new pillows bed sheets blankets etc.. in the end it’s 3 days later still no response from the host it’s honestly pretty pathetic absolutely DO NOT BOOK EVER !!! ##### Caitlyn R. I never received any communication from the host, despite multiple text messages and phone calls attempting to reach them. When I arrived, I thought my phone number would be the access code, but it didn’t work. I had to make last-minute plans to find somewhere else to stay, which was incredibly frustrating. The problem is the abandoned apartment next door. It has a door that was cracked opened from joining the apartments entrance. There was trash every where and had a strong smell of plumbing or something coming from it. That door needs to be locked at all times or removed from joining the apartments. It didn't feel safe.. We closed and locked it but still an uneasy feeling knowing it was abandoned and something or someone could come through that door. House keeping needs a little help cleaning the toilet and fridge but overall everything else was pretty clean. Sheets for the pull out bed would be nice also. Outside appearance could be better by that shed to make a safer welcoming feeling so you wouldn't think you was at the wrong spot in someone's yard. A few small details would make this a really nice place. That apartment next door needs a lot of attention so this apartment would be a nice and safer place to stay. ##### Brenda L. Not very clean. The heating unit spewed out black something. The hand soap was so watered down it didn’t make suds. When I asked about heating and soap I was told it was bare accommodations and he couldn’t help. He then sent a second message saying he would pick up soap and never did. One day someone came into my area without asking, I came home after work at 10:30pm and there was a man who had entered the foyer area and gone into the basement without letting me know, leaving my apartment open and unlocked for anyone to enter, and also since no one had told me they were coming or not I was unsure if they should be there.
