This welcoming villa in Soy, Érezée is perfect for large families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway in the Ardennes. Surrounded by forest and just 6 km from the village center, the home offers easy access to nature and nearby attractions. Het is een heerlijk huis, licht en ruim, waar we graag willen terugkomen. Er is een ruime zithoek met genoeg plek voor 11 mensen, heel fijn. We hebben wel een paar tips voor de eigenaar. Er zijn maar zes theeglazen en er zijn geen thermoskannen voor thee. Alleen eentje die naar koffie ruikt. Graag aanvullen. Koppen en glazen waren vies toen we aankwamen. Mogelijk doordat de afwasmachine het niet goed deed. We hebben de afwasmachine en het filter erin schoongemaakt en toen deed hij het beter. Graag in de gaten houden. Het zou fijn zijn als er in de keuken een paar lege kastjes zijn waarin je boodschappen kwijt kan. De ventilator in de wc in het souterrain deed het niet. Maar, zoals gezegd, afgezien van deze aanbevelingen is het een heel fijn huis!

Echt super für Partys, JGA, etc. . Nur aufpassen das alles sauber ist am Ende. Habe 50€ weniger Kaution erhalten, weil wir den Kamin nicht sauber gemacht haben und beim Grill das Geillrost nicht so sauber war wie es der Vermieten eigentlich haben willte xD. Ansonsten aber, top Bäder, Umgebung, Sauberkeit, viel Platz, sehr ruhige Lage. Gerne wieder!!!

Het huisje is helemaal goed. Schoon, groot, voldoende badkamers en de keuken is helemaal top. Alleen de dekbedden en kussens zijn 100% synthetisch en bobbelig (hebben hun beste tijd gehad). Helaas is de buitenruimte schuin aflopend en geen gras maar harde en scherpe steentjes, dus spel bij het huis is niet te doen. Perfect voor grotere groepen die volwassen zijn of alleen weg op uitjes gaan. De dame die schoon moet maken is erg bijzonder en niet zo vriendelijk (kattig). Dat was wel jammer.

Een zeer gezellige woning met genoeg ruimte. Alles proper en netjes. De speelruimte voor de kinderen is ook een pluspunt. Eén minpuntje voor wie wifi belangrijk vindt: de wifi is eigenlijk geen wifi daar het een opgewaardeerde 4G lijn is. Voor ons was dit nu geen probleem daar we in principe geen internet nodig hadden.
