Lagouti Beachfront Villa is a unique villa for rent in Greece located in a waterfront location in the pretty area of Amarinthos - Evia, on the Gerani beach.  
Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, this property has a garden, barbecue facilities, a terrace, and free WiFi.   
The holiday home features 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, a washing machine, dishwashing machine, and 2 full bathrooms.  
Lagouti Beachfront Villa is a two-story house with four bedrooms. Three bedrooms on the second floor and one on the first floor. It has two bathrooms, one with a tub and one with a shower. The living room is connected with a kitchen.  
There are two verandas on each floor. The house is located in the middle of a five-acre property in the countryside with a lot of trees and flowers. The sea is just outside the garden door.  
  
It includes a children's play area in the garden, which can also be used for parties, bbq events, wedding or baptism reception upon request.
