« Our long awaited Summer getaway- we found this gem! With a family covering all ages- there was something for everyone, from the fireplace to the kayaks, the boardgames and the pool table. The outdoor pool is also a find- clean, big and warm.Adi was the best host no question was too much, and great communication. « Very clean and quiet. Has all the amenities you need. Wanted a quiet relaxing weekend for our anniversary and it’s exactly what we got. Fishing was excellent. Lots of pickerel and bass. Would stay here again!!! »

« Overall this was an ideal property that was a good fit for our needs. Stayed 5 nights. Only very minor issue was coming in from the north entrance of the road. Road is marked private drive which can be bit misleading. Overall fairly quiet neighborhood as well with plenty of wildlife inc deer around. »

« Traveled here for my bachelorette party and was beyond impressed with everything about this property! Check in was easy, the house was clean & one of the best parts was being able to all hang out in the living room/kitchen area to cook and have meals together! »

« We loved this place. It was so quiet and there was so much to do despite it raining most of our stay. Our hike to the waterfall was lovely. There are beautiful fish in the lake. The kids loved the game room! Adults loved the hot tub! We would definitely stay again! »

« Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. »

« We were in town for a wedding at the Chestnut Inn. We needed a place that was close to the Inn because our 9 month old granddaughter was staying behind with her grandpa. That way her parents could get back to her quickly if needed. Also, other family members who hadn’t met her yet could come to the VRBO and hang out with us for the afternoon in a homey setting. We loved the proximity to the river, the porch and deck, the clean kitchen and the washer/dryer. The only drawback was the very steep...

« Very private and comfortable house, just what we wanted. Communication with the owner was excellent. Close to Livingston Manor, Roscoe and many good restaurants and activities. Great stay. »

« We had 18 for a family reunion. Everyone loved the place — the kitchen, the dining areas, the pool, the fire pit, etc. Each couple had their own bed/bath for privacy and group areas for family activities. The weather was gorgeous. Trout fishing is just down the road and two golf courses are about 20 minutes away.There is a great game room — but it’s in the basement, which we rarely used.We were very pleased and would happily return. »

« Everything was really nice. The location was walking distance to multiple restaurants and the public beach.The house was spotless on arrival. We had an issue with a leaky sink and the owner responded immediately and it was fixed same day.Hot tub was perfect and we saw lots of wildlife too. »
