"Hôtel ultra décevant. Service honteux et aucun respect des hôtes. La serveuse du petit déjeuner a essayé de nous faire payer le double et a été audieuse et agressive quand je lui ai fait remarquer son erreur. Nous avons récupérer notre voiture qui était garée dans le parking privé de l’hôtel avec un pneu crevé. Aucun retour de l’hôtel sur ces différents incidents qui sont pourtant très graves malgré leurs belles promesses lors de notre départ. Je n’ai jamais vu pire, cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles et beaucoup trop cher pour un service aussi mediocre. La plage était sale egalement avec des boulettes de goudron partout qui vous colle aux pieds! Une catastrophe absolue. On peut faire des erreurs mais ignorer le mécontentement des clients est juste inacceptable. "
