Explore the trails, indulge in activities like hiking, dog walking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and birdwatching. As our valued guest, you can freely enjoy the provided bicycles, kayaks, and fishing gear throughout your stay. Inside the cabin, you'll find an open-concept studio-style layout featuring a queen bed and a full-size futon couch. Ideal for two guests, it can comfortably accommodate up to four individuals. The cabin boasts a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a back deck overlooking the woods, and a cozy propane fireplace. Enjoy the comforts of free Wi-Fi and ROKU TV, and a fully stocked coffee area complete with a regular and Keurig machine. Outdoor enthusiasts will relish the array of activities at their fingertips. We offer two fold-up kayaks with paddles and life jackets, two bicycles, fishing gear, a fire pit, and a gas grill. For those working remotely, the cabin provides a laptop-friendly workspace on the futon and coffee table, complemented by free Wi-Fi connectivity. We extend our hospitality to both your furry friends and little ones. Your dogs will feel at home with the provided dog crate, bed, toys, and leashes. Please note that a pet fee of $35 per day per dog applies. Additionally, we cater to children's needs with a pack 'n play, high chair, and kid-friendly utensils for your convenience. Conveniently located on the same property as Chatham Hills, another vacation rental property, Cara's Cabin offers a private entrance, driveway, and parking. While you enjoy your own space, please be aware that there is large group property next door. The cabin provides easy access to all the attractions of Ephraim Village and Sister Bay, merely a one-minute drive or a scenic 10-minute walk to downtown. Included in your stay are various amenities and supplies. We provide kids/baby supplies, pet supplies (as mentioned earlier), dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. Enjoy the convenience of free Wi-Fi, cable TV, life jackets, helmets, towels, linens, and a selection of coffee, tea, sugar, and mini creamers. Please note that certain items and services are not provided, such as firewood, monitoring of gas tanks for the grill, and on-site laundry facilities or dishwasher. It was a little dusty but the space overall was clean. The bikes/ kayaks were in sort of rough shape but we were able to make it work. The cabin was very private until the night before we left when a large group moved into the space very close by. The cabin then didn’t offer much privacy. Difficult in and out of the tight driveway. Mattress should have been replaced about 10 years ago. The futon is very hard to sit on - very uncomfortable. There is no storage for clothes- drawers full of spare linens. Windows all dirty, covered with spider webs. Too much dusty clutter in the cabin, blinds broken, cobwebs, etc. Pet friendly. AC filter was so clogged and filthy. The fan was also filthy. True cabin like look and feel with gas fireplace, but all the comforts too..cable TV wifi. Access to bicycles, folding kayaks and grill are a plus. Walkable to center of Eprhaim and short drive to other similar towns and Pennisula State Park. Well organized, neat, clean with responsive host. ##### John M. We all felt welcome! walking distance to the Anderson pier. we realize the second time there was a little side road to take without walking along the main road, which was very beautiful and scenic. Our dog loved it. Although it sleeps 4, I wouldn’t recommending bringing for adults that might be a little cramped two small children it would work. It was our first time in the area and it was perfect for what we needed. It had all the amenities, charm, and comfort.
