As such, we were traveling light and therefore the amenities provided by Richard were all the more appreciated. We had everything we needed and then some. The house is comfortable and nicely updated, but it retains charm and pleasant reminders of the past. The new windows, effectively block street noise and the room AC units kept us cool. Bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs, but there are plenty of nightlights to guide you. Richard was an excellent host. Entry instructions were communicated clearly and all our questions promptly answered. We had a special request and he ensured it could be granted. Definitely above and beyond.
