We then turned on the only heat source in the cabin which was the propane fireplace. Then no water, and the binder said to use a tool, go outside and turn on the valves, etc. Then we had no hot water so figured out after reading the binder we had to turn on the hot water heater. Where is the local manager? Well apparently there isn't one because when I called the lady host and told her the cabin was frigid and she didn't seem to care, then I asked for a space heater to heat the bedroom since it has no heat and the way she responded made me feel like my comfort was at the bottom on a long list of priorities and even got mad at me and said I was putting her on edge! She finally told me to open the shed to find a space heater and that to call her back if I needed something else. Well, my husband discovered what he thought was a leak in the water pipe so I called her back and the message went to voice mail. So at this point I guess when she told me to call her back, she was being sarcastic or something. Anyway, we did get hold of the husband and he was good to work with. ##### Tami M. Every thing was so nice and comfortable it felt like it was actually my home. Worst part of my time ending was having to check out . We would love to come back someday! Our only comment for improvement would be to have the cleaners get the cobwebs above the shower and washer/dryer. Very abundant in cobwebs in that space!
