Why would you pay for a hotel room when you can get a spacious house for almost the same price? With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is the perfect option for TDY individuals, families PCSing, or families attending AIT graduations. All destinations around are less than 10 minutes away. The entire home is exclusively yours to enjoy and relax the most of your time. Living Room With a comfortable sofa, a big smart TV, and an open floor plan our home will be an awesome place to stay and relax. Kitchen Full kitchen with all the essentials. Dining area Dining table for 8 people and a big window to have a view of the huge yard while you enjoy your meals. Garage Large attached garage. U shape driveway to park extra cars. Laundry Room Samsung washer and dryer available (laundry detergent not included). Master Bedroom Big master bedroom with a King bed, walk in private bathroom, jacuzzi, and walk in closet. Guest Room First guest room with a Queen bed, smart TV, and closet. Guest Bathroom Full guest bathroom which serves both guests rooms. Guest Access The whole home, front driveway, and backyard are yours during your stay please treat the home like if it were yours. House rules penalty If you brake any of the house rules e.g. “No Parties Allowed”, you will be subject to a penalty fee up to a maximum allowed by Vrbo. Guests policy For safety reasons, access is not permitted to guests who are not listed in the reservation without prior approval from the host. If you would like to have visitors during your stay, please notify us in advance. We’ll be happy to review the request. No overnight stays for unauthorized guests unless approved by the host.
