We were really happy to find Ivan’s dog friendly vacation rental. It was five minutes from our family and looked perfect. It’s located in a quiet, family neighborhood. The house had plenty of room for all of us and the dogs really enjoyed the yard. It looked and smelled clean and the beds were very comfortable. Ivan gave us clear checkin instructions and the checkout list was short and really easy. The humans and dogs had a great time! It’s family and dog friendly and we felt right at home. For example, the master bedroom and master bathroom were very large and comfortable plus there was an entire walk in closet that could easily accommodate our one year old in a pack-n-play. We loved the open, bright layout. Plenty of room in the dining room, and the living room was so comfortable. The yard was very nice. The home was clean and equipped with all the things we needed to prepare breakfast. The screen in backyard was a plus. I would stay again. The only negative thing was the bed in the master bedroom squeaked and the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced as the frame is going which happens with sleeper sofas.
