During my visit to Torre Lucerna in Ensenada, Baja California, I was captivated by its stunning location overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The hotel’s modern architecture and luxurious ambiance made for a memorable stay. My room offered breathtaking ocean views, and the service was exceptional. I enjoyed a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant, where I savored fresh local seafood with a backdrop of a beautiful sunset. The tranquil surroundings and the hotel’s attention to detail provided the perfect escape in Ensenada.

The Property is beautiful, inside and out. The one MAJOR thing is the noise from the street. We were on the 6th floor and had a room, with a city view, so our balcony faced the main street. The noise level from the cars, which is nothing out of the ordinary was so loud, it kept us up both nights. At first I hought, I left the balcony door open, but no...the noise travels, but you would think, a hotel.like this, would have better sound barrier windows...disappointing for sure. Also, as we checked out, the valet forgot to give me my key fob, and since I had a spare in my purse...my car didnt indicate it. They called me about 10 mins out, and I had to turn around. But if I would have been further in, like closer to the border...I would have expected a hotel like this to mail it to me! This is not a cheap priced hotel to say the least...so definitely opt for a beach view. It wasnt an option, as we booked several rooms. But again...the noise level, definitely hindered our stay.

Property is nice but the people working at the hotel were not helpful. At check in nobody said anything about being a VIP Expedia member or didn’t explained anything about the hotel. While we were at the pool the person who was serving drinks didn’t care to ask us if we like to order something. Is a nice hotel but I don’t think I will return.

Room with mountain view are terribly noisy, difficult to sleep during the night with the noise of the truck, ambulance, police cars. The hotel need to improve the isolation to reduce the noise to an acceptable level.
