I recently stayed in this hotel and I had a great experience with the staff and enjoyed the pool and private beach. My room was a junior suite sea view it was amazing! The food could be better. A staff that smiles makes your stay enjoyable and welcomed. 1000 % recommend....i will be back!

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.

Muy difícil conseguir reservas para los restaurantes, deberían permitir que uno reserve antes de llegar de lo contrario cuando llegas está todo ocupado. No nos dieron beneficios VIP como upgrade y solo nos dejaron late checkout en una de las 4 habitaciones que teníamos reservadas

It was a nice place to unwind and relax with family and friends, food is delicious but limited options. The staff from the restaurants are very friendly the front desk people are not very helpful with their information, but it’s a beautiful resort would recommend.
