The spacious 4000SF, 4+ bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Comleyville Lodge is a property not to miss. There is an abundance of space in this lodge that is exceptionally decorated. While located close to downtown Ennis & it’s amenities you will enjoy end of the road privacy with a large deck, yard & stairway access to the Madison River. A staircase will take you from the lodge to the famous Madison River! Inside the Madison River Houseyou will find an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Madison River and the Madison Mountain Range beyond. The front door opens to the spacious living room offering a mounted smart tv, large stone fireplace, corner couch, bar and reading area all overlooking the private backyard. Steps away, the dining area offers a large table with seating for 10 people. The expansive kitchen is open to the living and dining area and is outfitted for any chef. A six burner gas stove, large coper sink, stainless steel appliances make meal time enjoyable. The kitchen island offers an additional sink and bar seating for three. A large laundry room off the kitchen with additional counter space, sink and washer and dryer allow for light packing on your vacation. The rest of the main floor includes the primary bedroom, a guest room, office and hallway half bathroom. The large primary bedroom includes a king size bed, sitting area, mounted smart tv, private bathroom and walk-in closet. An open ensuite bathroom includes two separate vanities, a large tile walk-in shower, soaker tub and toilet closet. Through the bathroom the walk-in closet offers plenty of space to unpack for your stay. An additional guest bedroom on the main floor offer a king size bed and large closet. An ensuite bathroom offers a double vanity, toilet and large walk-in shower. A private office offers a dedicated work space and a pull-out couch for additional bedding if needed. Up the large staircase you will find two bedrooms, one offering a queen bed and one offer a twin over a queen bunkbed. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with double vanity, large walk-in tile shower and toilet closet. The walls of the Madison River Houseare adorned with one of a kind original artwork from many famed artist. No detail has been missed in the decorating or outfitting of this lodge. Outside you will find a large deck open to a landscaped, private backyard with a stairway leading to the Madison River. A gas BBQ grill, large table and chairs and horseshoe pit add to the enjoyment of Summer and Fall in Montana. While visiting this property fisherman will have plenty of choices of where to go including the Madison River, Yellowstone National Park and on the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. Also, Ennis Lake, Hebgen Lake, Cliff and Wade Lake offer options for fishing and recreating as well. Other great activities include horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, shopping and dining in the small western town of Ennis, and visiting historic Virginia and Nevada City. Bozeman is only a scenic hour drive from Ennis. An hour and 15 minutes from the town of West Yellowstone and the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park- book a private tour for an especially memorable experience. The view is incredible with a big deck and ample seating to enjoy it every evening. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen and dining area were more than adequate.
