The inside is perfectly cleaned by the owners and has new furniture and appliances. The extras that are supplied are great: from shampoo to coffee to free laundry to beach amenities. The first time we stayed I accidentally left my swimsuit and they sent it back with no charge. This year we had an emergency and had to change our dates, and they immediately swapped it for us.
