This newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features an inviting open concept, creating a seamless flow from the modern kitchen to the cozy living area. Bedrooms / Bathrooms The bedrooms and bathrooms are setup in a way that provides both privacy and convenience. The master bathroom is integrated into the master bedroom. For added versatility, the second bathroom and bedroom are separated by a pocket door, creating a distinct and private space – an ideal setup for two families or couples traveling together. This thoughtful design ensures that everyone enjoys their own retreat, making your stay a perfect blend of togetherness and personal space. Sunroom & Lanai Enjoy the Florida breeze in the screened lanai, indulge in some friendly competition at the gaming table, or unwind in the bright sunroom with a good book. Outdoors Venture outdoors to the cozy fire pit or cook a delicious meal in the grill. Backyard is fully fenced for your privacy. Enjoy the complimentary bikes for exploring the neighborhood. There is a selection of beach gear at your disposal including towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach wagon, boogie boards, shark tooth rake / sifter, and sand soys. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and yard, except for the shed in the backyard. Garage should be accessed only for use of washer and dryer and to retrieve the provided bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear. The rest of the garage and its contents are for owner use only. Location The home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is conveniently located close to everything you need. \-Publix and CVS less than a mile away. \-Englewood Beach is only 2.5 miles away. There’s 3 other beaches in Manasota Key (Stump Pass, Blind Pass, and Manasota Beach). \-Dearborn Street is less than 3 miles away. Here you can find great restaurants, shops, and a farmers market (open Thursdays, October - May). \-Ann & Chuck Dever Regional Park is only 3 miles away. This park which has plenty of amenities including a large heated outdoor pool (open to the public for a low admission fee), pickleball courts, tennis courts, picnic shelters, playground, skate park, and more. \-Oyster Creek Golf & Country Club is about 2 miles away and open to the public. Other things to note Our thermostat is locked to not be set below 70 degrees or above 80 degrees. We want to ensure you are comfortable while also ensuring optimal system performance. Please note that while we have high cleaning standards and regular pest control services, there may be occasional bugs due to our location and climate. We are unable to guarantee nor offer a refund for an occasional bug that might make it inside our house. If smoking outside, please make sure all windows and doors are closed before and during. Pick up is Mondays for both, regular trash (green lid) and recycling (yellow lid). \-Turn off all utilities. \-Lock up; make sure to close all windows and doors. \-Please treat my home with care and keep it as tidy as you would your own. We really enjoyed our stay the home was beautifully decorated, very clean and organized with a lovely quiet backyard. Birds meet you singing in the morning with a lovely back porch, fire pit, grill and chairs. Every touch and need has been considered! Just minutes from the beach, restaurants and stores. All the beach gear you need is furnished. Be sure to check out Mama’s Italian and Lock n Key restaurants while visiting. Our hosts were very responsive, we felt like home while visiting the area. It was super clean, open and fresh. So welcoming! The home had everything we could have thought of and more! The bikes were an additional bonus so half of us could use them to run to the beach when the others were busy with a scuba dive. Sandra was so accommodating and gave so many great recommendations for the area and even provided bike locks the next day to make sure we could keep them safe when traveling around.
