On entry its stunning and you come into large living room and formal dining for 6. Going through the pillars there is very spacious kitchen with brand new slate appliances, gorgeous lighting and expansive family room which overlooks the pool and tranquil back yard. Family room has two comfortable sofas, bar area, bar stools for casual dining by kitchen and 60 inch flat screen tv placed above decorative fireplace. There is also casual dining area in corner with glass tear drop chandelier and pool views. Off the family room there is pool bathroom and another entry onto the pool area with outdoor shower. The three bedrooms are also beautifully furnished with king in master with 50 inch flat screen tv on wall, Master has its own large bathroom with walk in shower, garden tub and double vanity. Queen in second bedroom with 40 inch flat screen and fun twin room with another tv. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Spacious laundry room with washer, dryer leading to double garage. The pool area can be entered from all living areas and master bedroom and has new brick paver's, and new resurfacing. Can be heated in winter with new pool heater. (extar charge for heating) Table and chairs and loungers for out door dining and relaxation. Walk along lane of Lemon Ave and over the bridge to beach. Very tranquil location yet close to everything. We were 3 adults and 3 kids (8, 3, 6 months). We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We spent the week before at Disney so we spent all of our time in the pool (we payed to have it heated-highly recommend) and at the beach. We were able to walk to the beach easily. It was a lot of fun finding shark teeth. We used DoorDash a lot since it's easier with the kids and never once had a bad meal. The home itself is exactly as pictured and decorated very nicely. It is in a quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets and yards…it made us feel like we were in a secluded area. The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We cooked in the large well-stocked kitchen and grilled outside multiple times during our stay. We have been to rentals before where it seemed as though the furniture and kitchen items were someone’s leftover camping gear…not so in this house. Everything was high quality and made us truly feel like we were in a well cared for home. There was also a nice supply of extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The house was extremely clean, and I appreciated having access to a broom and vacuum to keep it that way during our visit. We also loved the tile floors throughout which made sandy floor cleanups super quick and easy. The beds were comfy and the linens were soft and plentiful. The pool was amazing and definitely made the vacation extra fun for my kids. It was so clean and we paid to have it heated so night time swimming was pleasant. There is a screened pool cage to keep critters out, which also made dining on the outdoor table enjoyable…no mosquitoes or flies near your food! Having our own garage on vacation was also awesome. Our vehicle was secure at night and there was a perfect drop zone for sandy beach toys so we never had to bring anything into the home. The house is in an excellent location with several delicious restaurants and plenty of beach locations within a short driving distance. The property managers have left a very inclusive binder in the home with lists of restaurants, local beaches and things to do in the area. Overall, this trip ranks at the top of all of our vacations. Located on a dead end street so it’s very quiet. The neighbors were very quiet and nice. The house comes well equipped with all your beach needs and two bikes.
