The main house features two cozy bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom, complemented by an eat-in kitchen equipped with modern appliances. Enjoy meals in the dining room or breakfast nook, and unwind in the separate family room, complete with a wood-burning fireplace for those cooler evenings. For added privacy, a private studio with a Murphy bed, kitchenette, and bathroom awaits. Indoor entertainment includes board games, 4 ROKU televisions, 4 dvd players, a printer and high speed WIFI.  
  
With direct access to a saltwater canal on Oyster Creek, you can easily explore Lemon Bay, the Intracoastal Waterway, and the Gulf. Just a short boat ride away, you'll find marinas, restaurants, and world-class fishing opportunities. This outdoor oasis is perfect for families and friends, offering excellent gathering spaces and plenty of amenities, including 3 kayaks with paddles and life jackets, one canoe with paddles and cushion, children’s life jackets, community boat launch ramp, crab traps, fishing gear (4 rods, tackle, net) 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, coolers, floats , badminton, corn hole, and pool games. There is also a dock for up to a 24’ boat or tie up jet skis!

Dock details: Boat ramp for up to a 24’ boat or tie up to.  
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.  
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
