House is situated on peaceful Lemon Ave which is about half a mile walk to beach. Key West style home and all living areas and bedrooms are up a set of stairs into the home. Multiple French doors off the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom open up onto the screened-in deck where you get a feel of being surrounded by nature having privacy and trees around. The living room is comfortably furnished with sofa and chairs with a flat-screen TV. Open plan kitchen and dining area off the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is dining area with table and chairs. The master bedroom is off the living room and has a king-size bed and its own large shower room with double vanity and wc. The guest bedrooms are off the kitchen, one is a queen bed and twins in the other. There is a further guest shower room with a vanity and WC. Also, in the hallway there is office area with desk and chairs - great workspace if you need to work while on vacation! Laundry room with washer and dryer. The doors all open onto the deck where there are several different sitting areas, one with outdoor table and chairs, and a hammock all to relax and overlook the trees and the swimming pool which is at the rear. The swimming pool, which can be electrically heated is reached by going down the back stairs and is open - great for sunbathing, but is fenced for safety. Downstairs there is also another outdoor dining area and a couple more hammocks to relax in the sun. A short walk along the lane which brings you to Manasota Beach. The house was spacious and everything you could need was there, plenty of beach towels, nice beach chairs and a super well equipped kitchen. And close proximity to Manasota Key beach. Our family loved the pool and the porch area! The house fit our family of six well. The kitchen was stocked well either all the things you would need and there was plant of beach towels and beach chairs! It was in a nice location we were 5-45 min away from all different beaches and the kids found a lot of sharks teeth! If I had any negatives it would be that the house was not very clean when we arrived. I spent a good 20-30 min of doing some one my own clean up, and a lot the of cups and cook ware we went to use had to be re cleaned as it was also still dirty. Since it was up a flight of stairs (Just storage downstairs) it was like living in a spacious tree house. The HUGE screened in veranda made outdoor living inviting and comfortable. I'm usually a beach person but the pool was so lovely we used it every day. All needed amenities are there so just show up and put on your bathing suit. We would love to return again and again. We had everything that we needed, plus a private oasis. The screened, wraparound porch is amazing! There are so many areas to sit and enjoy the nature of Florida without worrying about pests/mosquitoes. The pool was perfect and so private! The home is well-stocked and well-kept. This home is beautiful inside and out! Plus, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We met some of the neighbors while were there. They are all so friendly and welcoming! The home is located about a 10-minute walk from the beach. The beach was not overcrowded at all. We found shark teeth every day, which was exciting! Pool was awesome & everything was just very comfy & homey. Beach chairs (4) & (2) umbrellas were great to have. We cooked most nights & plenty of cookware, great knives & pans.
