Please note : This is not a party house and is located in a quiet residential area. Please Note : Any locked closet doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing the door open will result in a loss of your security deposit. Bring your own boat or rent one for the week. Our neighbors ARE NOT ON VACATION..............you must be considerate of those around you at all times and seamlessly blend into the neighborhood. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable and has everything you need for an incredible stay. The pool and outside area are of resort quality. And the view....gorgeous!! We saw porpoise, otters and many birds. Beaches were a quick and easy drive. The guys did some nearby golfing and loved the course. We visited many nearby restaurants for dinner and loved every meal. Home is in a great location, right on the water, views were beautiful. Right next to Lemon Bay park; walking trails and bird watching; lots of birds at the home as well. Very quiet and peaceful location. Great enclosed Florida room and open top floor deck; sunsets from top deck were beautiful. Our family enjoyed the well appointed home - interior is lovely, with comfortable and plentiful furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed - huge frig and freezer and separate ice maker was great. Kids loved the pool and provided floats - was kept nice and warm (we paid extra for the pool heat ahead of time). Also provided were fishing poles and kayaks which we all enjoyed.
