New bright and roomy daylight 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with smart locks for easy access. Pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts   
  
Located in beautiful, quiet community in Englewood. Mere 10 minutes from beaches, along with easy access to major roads. Near several retail shops including Costco and Walmart, grocery stores, and restaurants. Amenities for this community are under construction, so enjoy a visit to restaurants/shopping nearby or maybe a boat ride, and its less than 5 minutes to Dever Regional park with bike trails, dog park, swimming pool, rec center with gym, also pickelball courts, playground, skate park, and tennis courts.  
  
Clubhouse pool now open!  
  
Refuel in our spacious kitchen, with stainless steal appliances, expansive quartz countertops, great storage in custom cabinets, and lots of light. Also includes a large island with extra storage and eating or working area. Dining room table with seating and table settings for six. Lots of room and light for cooking and entertaining.  
  
Relax in the spacious great room with lots of natural light through large windows. Abundance of comfortable seating, and a large flat screen smart TV.   
  
Spacious laundry room includes washer and dryer, full ironing board, and iron included with large tons of extra storage space.  
  
Three spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms. Master with king size bed, one bedroom with queen size bed, and the third room has a queen size bed with twin bunk above. Roomy closet, and lots of natural light.  
  
The bathroom is generously sized with double vanity, and more natural light.  
  
Breath-taking lake views in looking out the back. Two car garage parking for two vehicles. All utilities included, plus high-speed internet. We ask that you kindly refrain from smoking or vaping of any kind in or on the property.
