Sonia was wonderful, due to our flight itinerary on Thanksgiving morning she was more than accomodating to work with our arrival time. The house was perfectly clean, spacious and clearly well cared for. The kitchen is HUGE and made perfect for flying in, quickly unpacking, prepping an entire thanksgiving meal and being able to all eat it together at the large dining room table. We have stayed a lot of places. The house is very well done. We enjoyed the layout (the second bathroom opened to the pool). The hosts provided basics such as: soap in bathrooms and sink. Some dishwasher and washing machine pods… the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch. The pool is very nice and the comfortable furniture to spend time out there makes you feel at home. I don”t know how else to explain that this was a “perfect”stay for us as we visited Grandparents who live near by. We definitely hope it’s available again. The location is good to reach the beach in 10 minutes and some good places to eat and have ice cream. The house is on a nice size lot. It is probably one of the nicest houses in the area it is in. There could be a lot of construction because of hurricane damage in the area. But it isn’t in a community (which we liked). This also means there aren’t standards for all the houses and some are not in great shape. Again the hurricane damage could contribute to this.
