"My wife and I recently spent 14 days on Manasota key and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was plenty big enough with a large Master Bedroom/Bathroom. There is a second good size bedroom and a small second bathroom. The unit is on the second floor so have to bring your luggage up a flight of stairs We cooked a lot of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The appliances look pretty new. There is a large refrigerator, large range/oven and dishwasher. There is also a clothes washer/dryer shared by 4 of the units. We really enjoyed the area. Manasota Key was very nice, no multi-lane roads or large high rise condo complexes. This unit is in a small condo complex with 8 units. There are some bigger complexes in the area, but none are more than 3 stories. The unit is a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a 10 – 15 minute walk from the condo. It’s a beautiful beach without any houses or condos on it. The parking lot fills quickly so it was nice to be able to walk. A 15 – 20 minute walk in the other direction are a number of restaurants and bars. There is also a shuttle service that we didn’t use as we walked to dinner. A short drive over the bridge you can find grocery stores, other restaurants and pretty much anything you need. The owner Scott, was very responsive and provided all our access info well before our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quieter setting."

"This property is really perfect! Wish we had longer to stay and will definitely come back! Steps to water on either side. Don’t miss the sunsets on the beach to the west. To the east, Lemon Bay is just down the road. Be sure to notice the amazing garden 2 houses down the road - clearly a labor of love! Easy access to restaurants and activities, but still super quiet - the perfect balance. The furnishings and decorations in the Bay Breeze Bungalow are very comfortable and classy. The property is top notch!"

"My husband and I spent a week at this cottage for our anniversary. Check in was easy and it was very clean and amply stocked with everything we needed for the week. Area is quiet and peaceful and we truly felt like we were in paradise. The owner was very nice and gracious and checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this property and it’s adjoining unit. We will most definitely be returning. Thank you Scott for making our anniversary week such and wonderful and memorable experience!"

"My best friend and I were so lucky to find Jason's place when looking for a place to stay while checking off a bucket list item of Spring Training with the Braves in North Port. Our accomodations exceeded our expectations and those of the pictures shared by the VRBO owner. The cottage was quaint and had everything we needed. You could watch the sun rise on Lemon Bay and it set on the Gulf. We were only 8 miles from North Port, home of the Cool Today Park, the Braves' Spring Training compound. We ate dinner at three local restaurants--2 were very good. If you have the chance to visit Englewood FL, you won't regret staying here."
