### Newly Renovated 4 Bedroom House

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Enfield, Connecticut! This freshly updated 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom single-family retreat offers 1,296 square feet of cozy living space, perfect for families, friends, or anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. Newly Renovated in 2024, this home blends quiet neighborhood charm with modern comforts, making it an ideal base for exploring the area or simply unwinding.  
Welcome to our home! To ensure a great experience for everyone, please follow these house rules during your stay:  
  
\- No Smoking or Vaping Indoors. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Smoking indoors will result in a fine of $1000.  
  
\-No Parties or Events. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed without prior approval from the host. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including visitors.  
  
\-Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged with advance notice, subject to availability.  
  
\-Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.  
  
\-Pets are not allowed without prior approval. A pet fee of $200 per stay will apply.   
  
\-We ask that you leave the space as you found it. Please wash dishes, dispose of trash in the provided bins, and avoid leaving food out. A cleaning fee is included, but excessive mess may incur additional charges.  
  
\-Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you’d like to have visitors, please add them to the reservation.  
  
\-Parking is available in the driveway for up to 2 cars or on the street. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or park on the lawn.  
  
\-Lock doors and windows when leaving the house.  
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, or the security camera.  
  
\-In case of emergency, contact us immediately and dial 911 if needed.  
  
\-Treat the home with care. Report any accidental damage to us right away so we can address it together. If you find anything damaged or broken on your arrival, notify us immediately.

Nice towels, linens, sheets. Quality mattress. Coffee stocked. 75” TV and comfortable living room. Air conditioners in each room and they were on for our arrival. The hot water took awhile to reach the shower.
