"I'm getting tired of hotels not letting you control the a/c temp and giving you a comforter that is too thick you wake up sweating and don't sleep well The hallway was 10 or 15 degrees colder than room thanks for making sure the hallways were comfortable. Shreveport in general is going down hill and I don't see much reason to come back "

"Took forever to get checked in 3 employees at yhe counter but only 1 guest was being checked in at a time. Then were told the shuttle would take up to the casino and bring us back for free but after waiting 45 min on shuttle that never showed up we just drovw ourself. The ice machine on every flood was broken.We could only get 2 channels on the television the whole time we were there. "
