### Gorgeous Stone Cottage on the Seafront

Very comfortable one-storey home in a superb beachfront position. This lovely stone cottage features charming verandahs and polished timber floors, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy stunning sea views to the Bluff from the comfort of your own home.  
The property boasts three bedrooms, with the main bedroom furnished with a double bed, and the second and third bedrooms each equipped with a double bed as well. This ensures ample sleeping space for a comfortable stay.  
The open-plan lounge and meals area provide a spacious and relaxing environment for you to unwind. Entertainment options include a television, DVD player, and R/C air conditioner, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies in comfort. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze.  
The bathroom and laundry facilities are combined, featuring a shower, vanity, toilet, and front loader washing machine. This convenient setup ensures that all your laundry needs are taken care of during your stay.  
Outside, you'll find an outdoor setting and barbecue, perfect for enjoying alfresco dining and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The property also has a rainwater tank, providing a sustainable water source. The fully fenced yard is great for families with children, offering a safe and secure space for them to play.  
Off-street parking is available, ensuring convenience and peace of mind during your stay.  
  
Please note this property has a rustic and vintage charm, with some areas showing signs of age. If you are seeking a modern property, this may not meet your expectations.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.   
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.   
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.  
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.   
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the owner reserves the right to Retain the payment received if we are unable to re-let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
