Welcome to our sunny Encinitas home. It is within 10 minutes drive to world famous surfing beach (swami's beach) and moonlight beach where breathtaking sunsets meet beautiful beaches. Famous Encinitas beach town is home to the tranquil hermitage of self realization fellowship and is dotted with cafes and highly rated restaurants along Highway 1.

Amazing home in the heart of Encinitas California. This beautiful detached home in features a two car garage , two additional parking spaces in driveway, plenty of street guest parking and has an amazing rear yard with wonderful landscaping already in place. the home comes complete with all the appliances, including a refrigerator and washer and dryer. There are three mounted flat screen tv's and the outdoor BarBQ if desired. There are two upstairs bedrooms and a living room.
Encinitas schools are amazing, as is the shopping at the Forum and other surrounding shops and restaurants. There also many parks in the area and the best part is the proximity to the lovely California Beaches. Obviously the World renowned Swami's surf break is quite a treat if you surf.
